Welcome to Decent Care. By browsing our website DecentCare.in, booking design consultations, or placing custom orders with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of service.
1. Custom Orders & Design Approvals
All furniture units manufactured by Decent Care are custom-made to order. Once design blueprints, fabric selections, and dimensions are explicitly approved by the client (following measurement visits), changes to the structural framework or upholstery color cannot be accommodated.
2. Doorstep Measurement Visits
We provide doorstep measurement visits within Hyderabad. While our design experts will guide layout planning and note clearances, final physical space feasibility rests on the site coordinates supplied by the client during site preparation.
3. Guarantees and Warranties
Decent Care offers structural guarantees on solid wood frames, including teakwood structures sourced from permitted government reserves in Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra. Warranty details on mechanical fixtures, hydraulic jacks, gas recliners, and upholstery fabrics are provided on the invoice document.
4. Pricing and Payments
Pricing estimates are valid for 15 days from the date of quotation. A standard advance payment is required to initiate procurement and carving processes, with the remainder payable upon delivery/installation at the client site.
5. Delivery and Installation
Delivery dates are approximate estimates. While we aim to fulfill orders on schedule, handcrafting premium teakwood and PVD steel units requires detailed processes that may occasionally result in minor extensions. We coordinate carefully to ensure clean, on-time installation.
6. Intellectual Property
All catalog designs, website layout designs, brand taglines, and graphic media on DecentCare.in are the intellectual property of Decent Care (A unit of MNS Group) and cannot be copied or redistributed without written consent.
